Consultation for cancer patients

Due to the steadily growing number of cancer patients, I decided to take a second advanced training course in this field.

It is not uncommon for those affected or their relatives to feel left alone with the diagnosis. Therefore, it is very important to understand the clinical picture of cancer and how it affects the metabolic state of a diseased person.

The counseling includes the current nutrition recommendations and guidelines of the German Society for Nutritional Medicine (DGEM) and leading cancer research institutes.

An essential part of the consultation is also the knowledge of the nutrients (vitamins, minerals, secondary plant substances and amino acids) that can be used in a supportive and accompanying manner during the therapeutic treatments of conventional medicine (chemotherapy, radiotherapy) and in the subsequent recovery phase.
